Oomph! Africa powers Gabriel's 'Redalution' at Top Gear

Oomph! Africa was recently appointed by The Think Agency to provide event logistics for their client Gabriel at the recent Top Gear festival in Durban.

The Gabriel "Redalution" concept extended to Oomph! Africa providing a striking red Bedouin marquee tent which created a vibrant yet elegant setting for the 200-plus VIP Gabriel dealers and staff who were flown in from across the country to attend the world-famous event. A comfortable lounge environment created a stylish atmosphere as both VIP's and consumers interacted with the Gabriel Shock Test demo vehicle display.

Oomph! Africa's 'Glambassadors', the G-Crew, kept proceedings moving smoothly; distributing consumer information as well as keeping clients and visitors well-fed and comfortable over the course of the two-day event, which enjoyed some sublime mid-winter Durban sunshine.

A highlight of the event was a breath-taking display from the Gabriel Wings Aerobatic Team in action. This troupe of fearless fliers took to the skies in four branded Pitts Specials, performing daring manoeuvres at high speeds. Gabriel has kept these beautiful Pitts Specials flying for many years, and they did not disappoint as they thrilled the huge crowd of more than 70 000 over two days with suitably extravagant entertainment.

Oomph! Africa's creative interpretation of the brief successfully conveyed the 'Redalution' theme by exposing guests to a fresh perspective to the new 'Be safe. Be sure. Gabriel' brand message, while the combination of enthusiasm, innovative thinking and superior logistical and local-market know-how proved to be a winning formula.
