Moving Sidewalk in JR Tokyo Station Out of Service

Keiyo Line?s underground platform is a few hundred meters away from the other part of Tokyo Station. Usually, these moving sidewalks carry people here. When I visited Tokyo Station at the end of March, they were out of service to save power. People had to walk to Keiyo Line platform.
